Paragon of Jiu Jitsu was founded by three lifelong friends—Jeff Sorbel, Robert Taylor, and Brett Kostern—who have trained together since 2012. Their passion for Jiu Jitsu and commitment to their students drive them to provide top-tier instruction in a welcoming and safe environment. With a combined 55 years of experience and four black belt instructors on staff, our team is dedicated to helping each student succeed on and off the mats.

With a combined 55 years of experience, our four black belt instructors bring unique perspectives and expert-level instruction to every class.
